GUY EREZ: BASS

Guy Erez: Bass
Musician Guy Erez is the bass player for the Alan Parsons Live Project. He has travelled the world touring with the group since 2010. Guy’s prolific bass playing can also be heard in recordings such as the Grammy winning album “Fly Rasta” by Ziggy Marley, the Miley Cyrus song, “Hands of Love,” and the Florence & the Machine theme to Dragon Age II, to name a few.

Guy is an accomplished songwriter as well. He was a staff songwriter for Chrysalis Music Publishing from 2000 to 2004, where he had two top 40 hits. He has worked with many wonderful artists including Gypsy Kings, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Ben Taylor and Sara Bareilles, and co-wrote the last two Alan Parsons singles, “Fragile,” and “Do you Live at All.”

As an active composer and producer, he has songs in over 100 film and TV shows, including Grey’s Anatomy, the theme to Marvel’s “The Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes” and the Emmy winning series “Sea Rescue” on ABC.
